Role: RecruiterLocation: On-siteJob Type: ContractPayout: Competitive, based on experience Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Contract Recruiter to support Adecco’s operations in Keene, NH. The position requires sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for client openings across the region. This role reports to the local Adecco branch manager and works closely with hiring managers to fill immediate staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:• Source and screen candidates for open positions across various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit• Maintain accurate candidate records and update hiring pipelines in Adecco’s applicant tracking system• Coordinate interviews and job offers between clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication• Provide weekly reports to branch leadership on recruitment activity and candidate pipeline status Required Skills & Qualifications:• At least two years of recruiting experience in a staffing or corporate HR environment• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment• Familiarity with New Hampshire labor market trends and local hiring practices More About the Opportunity:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the Staffing and Recruiting industry, contributing to the placement of temporary and permanent hires across New England.
