Responsible for supporting business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent with limited reliance on outside agencies. Utilizes a variety of sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent, manages the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently, and delivers an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of recruiting experience preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing and selection of diverse candidate pools
- Effective project management skills
- Strong recruitment marketing and networking abilities
- Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
