Responsibilities

• Screens, interviews, sources, and provides the highest level of recruitment services to internal stakeholders and the external community.
• Provides guidance and feedback to hiring decision makers throughout the recruitment process.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external candidates and stakeholders.
• Manages the recruitment process electronically through the talent acquisition system and other available resources.
• Sets salaries per compensation guidelines for new hires, rehires, and internal transfers/promotions.
• Makes offers and manages the offer process within these guidelines, to include any relocation and bonuses that may be offered.
• PARTNERS WITH INTERNAL HUMAN RESOURCES, HIRING MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DELIVER EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE TALENT ACQUISITION SERVICES.
• PARTNERS WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS.
• PROVIDES SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT, TO INCLUDE TIMELY CANDIDATE SCREENING AND RESPONSE TO CORRESPONDENCE.
• CREATES AND MANAGES EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES AND PROCESSES TO IDENTIFY, SOURCE, ASSESS, AND RECOMMEND THE MOST QUALIFIED TALENT.
• UNDERSTANDS HIRING MANAGERS’ LINES OF BUSINESS.
• TRAVELS TO JOB FAIRS, CONFERENCES, AND COMMUNITY EVENTS AS ELIGIBLE AND REQUIRED.
