Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Implement and hone innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in support of the continued growth of Nordic talent pipelines.
  • Design and implement tools and strategies to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, human resources, and sales teams to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and hiring managers to determine the best candidates for openings.
  • Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, ensuring a compelling candidate experience.
  • Partner with Marketing Team on recruitment marketing projects.
  • Maintain ATS/CRM information to ensure accurate candidate and job requisition data is maintained.
  • Utilize analytics and recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness, improve processes, and make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform hiring strategies.
  • Share this knowledge with the team to enhance collective understanding and decision-making.
  • Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested.

Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels required.
  • Healthcare IT or healthcare industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of talent market trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or similar), and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition.
  • Post-secondary education preferred or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
