Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting activities, including calling, screening, calendaring, and attending on-site interview days.
• Cook up the interview process by gathering client feedback and ensuring timely communication.
• Support the hiring process for roles such as Packagers and Machine Operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Drive the workflow independently while collaborating with onsite HR and supporting recruiters remotely.
• Utilize organizational skills and high-volume experience to meet urgent staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to quickly jump in, make calls, and seek out feedback efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate fast-paced, high-volume hiring efforts.
