Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or science field
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role (agency/staffing)
- Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), experience with social media platforms, ability to use online research tools and databases to identify potential candidates, negotiation, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations, attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in recruiting tasks, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to network and build relationships
