We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, engineering, operations, and leadership positions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, and corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, trade schools, community organizations, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and extend employment offers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Attend job fairs, industry events, workforce development programs, and community recruiting initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruiting metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on recruiting projects and process improvements.
Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Support affirmative action initiatives and diversity recruiting efforts as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines, I-9 requirements, E-Verify procedures, and related employment regulations when applicable.
- Conduct recruiting activities in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
- Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and documentation related to recruiting and employment practices.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, food & beverage, packaging, automotive, chemical, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of EEO regulations and employment law compliance.
- Experience with Federal & State employment laws, including hiring, interviewing, applicant dispositioning, and record retention requirements.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting skilled trades, maintenance technicians, engineers, supervisors, and plant leadership positions.
- Knowledge of workforce development programs, apprenticeship programs, and technical school recruiting.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
Pay
$60,000 - $75,000 per year
