Overview
As a High-Volume Recruiter at InteLogix, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for our contact center agent positions, driving high-volume hiring campaigns that keep pace with aggressive headcount goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for contact center agent and other high-volume frontline roles, often against tight timelines and large requisition counts.
- Source and screen high volumes of applicants efficiently through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Conduct high-volume phone/video screens and interviews to quickly assess qualifications, communication skills, and fit for the role.
- Cook up and run virtual or in-person hiring events, open houses, and walk-in hiring days to drive candidate volume.
- Coordinate candidate communication at scale, ensuring applicants move through the process quickly and have a positive, responsive experience even in high-volume campaigns.
- Extend offers, facilitate pre-employment steps (background checks, assessments, onboarding handoffs) for large candidate cohorts.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness) to keep hiring campaigns on target.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), particularly important given the volume and pace of this requisition type.
- Pivot to support professional, support, and non-agent recruiting (corporate, operations, IT, HR, finance, and other functional roles) as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers on more targeted searches, understanding role requirements and success profiles for lower-volume, higher-specificity positions.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team to balance high-volume campaigns with individual requisition needs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a BPO, staffing, or high-volume contact center environment.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting campaigns and large candidate pipelines under time pressure.
- Ability to work fully onsite in either Winston-Salem or Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
- Comfort and adaptability to shift into more targeted, professional-level recruiting when needed.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS - WorkDay preferred); experience with high-volume/bulk-screening tools or platforms a plus.
- Must be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing business needs and shifting priorities.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and creative high-volume outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport quickly, even in fast-paced, high-touch-volume settings.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions and shifting priorities simultaneously.
- A self-starter mentality — you take ownership of your pipeline and hit hiring targets without waiting to be directed.
