Recruiter

The Recruiter actively pursues qualified candidates for Hillpointe opportunities. This position partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team to utilize a variety of sourcing channels in multiple geographic markets, attracting top talent and building relationships with talent pools.

  • Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
  • Maintains communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Attract applicants by utilizing job boards and social media to boost visibility, monitor candidate engagement, and volume of applicants.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Evaluate applicants by administering pre-employment screenings, psychometric surveys, discussing job requirements, reviewing prior experience and relevant education while ensuring best practice interviewing techniques.
  • Source and screen candidates utilizing job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and build talent pools in various geographic areas.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reporting updates to track progress and effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or sales is preferred.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
