About the role
GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product. This position is required to work on-site at GTI headquarters in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities
- Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
- Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate the interview process and facilitate offers and employment negotiations.
- Ensure candidates have a pleasant experience throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
