About the role
As a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in connecting talented job seekers with meaningful career opportunities. From sourcing candidates to making job offers and guiding new hires through onboarding, you'll manage the entire recruitment process while creating an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients. No two days are the same—one day you may be networking in the community, the next you're interviewing candidates, coaching them for interviews, or celebrating a successful placement. Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of client positions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a positive hiring experience.
- Develop recruiting pipelines by leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Associate degree and three or more years of direct recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and social media recruiting tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws including EEO, ADA, and hiring best practices.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, energetic, goal-oriented professional who enjoys networking and helping others succeed.

Pay
Competitive starting wage: $55,326.50 annually plus commission. Starting compensation may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience and overall qualifications.
