Our executive recruiting business continues to grow and thrive, so we are looking to add a recruiter.

Job Function

We're looking for two goal-oriented candidates with strong work ethics to join our recruiting team. You can work in any or our specialties, such as legal, accounting & finance, construction, restoration, collections, sales & marketing, IT, or bring your own specialty to grow a business within a business. Work closely with your clients to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment needs
Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews
Handle all negotiations and close deals
Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates

Job Requirement

• Excellent phone skills
• No fear of dialing a phone and calling new people each day
• An openness to training and mentoring
• Successful track record as a salesperson, account executive, business development professional, territory manager or recruiter

You will be provided with training and state of the art resources, so that you can earn as much as you desire.
