About The Role The role owns full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market teams, partnering with hiring managers to scale high-performing departments. The person in this role will drive sourcing strategies, optimize the interview process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all open requisitions. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple complex requisitions, from intake to closingPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and build sourcing strategiesSource active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and targeted networking channelsConduct thorough initial screens to evaluate technical competency, behavioral fit, and motivationFacilitate interview debriefs, drive consensus among hiring teams, and manage offer negotiationsTrack pipeline health and recruitment metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill and conversion rates What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or startup environmentDemonstrated expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to advise and push back on hiring managersBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldBonus: Experience recruiting specialized engineering or product talent, or managing university recruiting programs
