Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing for junior to mid-level roles.
  • Forward qualified applicants to hiring managers and follow up accordingly.
  • Post open requisitions internally, externally, and on commercial job sites as needed.
  • Serve as a company ambassador, representing DO & CO with integrity and professionalism.
  • Aid in new hire onboarding (NHO) and training, ensuring smooth integration and readiness for success.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through nurturing prospects, cultivating external partnerships (vocational schools, universities, airport partners, etc.), networking, and encouraging referrals from DO & CO team members.
  • Influence and educate hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview best practices, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various partners to support DO & CO’s people and business goals.
  • Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, agency events, and college recruiting as needed.
  • Administer pre-employment processes, including reference and background checks, drug testing, employment authorization verification (I-9), and WOTC.
  • Extend job offers and close out position requisitions in the ATS after all required notes and final dispositions are completed.
  • Drive inclusion by building diverse pipelines at the top of the funnel.
  • Create innovative ways to engage and surprise candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Support high recruitment volume for special and private events.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality or manufacturing.
  • Experience in Culinary (Food & Beverage) recruitment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting required.
  • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse clientele.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to recruitment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
