Recruiter

About the role

As a Recruiter at DHL Supply Chain, you will source, attract, and hire top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, acting as a talent advisor to internal customers. You will leverage your industry knowledge and market trends to influence decision-making and ensure the acquisition of top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers or hiring teams.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR practices.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (4 years of experience, required).
• 1+ year’s full life cycle recruiting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required).
• Basic knowledge and utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) tools (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively (required).
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms (preferred).
