Purpose
Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
About the Role
This role is responsible for identifying, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting, strong sourcing and candidate identification skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and experience
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Cook up interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on open positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Submit qualified candidates for open positions and track submission status
- Conduct reference checks and background checks as required
- Extend offers and support candidates through the offer and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS
- Meet recruiting targets, submission goals, interview goals, and hiring deadlines
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills
- Experience conducting phone screens and candidate interviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify qualified candidates
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Experience working with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, or other recruiting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree may be preferred depending on the role and organization
