About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to provide immediate support during a transition within the Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting across both retail store locations and corporate office functions, helping the organization maintain hiring momentum while a permanent solution is identified.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage recruiting efforts for retail, operations, and corporate positions
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates across multiple job levels
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process from requisition to offer
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future openings
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

• Utilize major job boards and recruiting platforms to source talent
• Expand candidate outreach strategies to increase applicant flow and market visibility
• Develop creative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill positions
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring retail and corporate openings

Stakeholder Partnership

• Work closely with store leadership and corporate hiring managers
• Provide recruiting updates, market feedback, and candidate insights
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support hiring initiatives across multiple locations and departments

Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Retail recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing candidates through major job boards and recruiting platforms
• Ability to recruit for both hourly and professional-level positions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for multi-location organizations
• Corporate recruiting experience
• Experience filling management and leadership positions
• Knowledge of sourcing and employer branding strategies
