Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Proactively source qualified candidates using resume databases, job boards, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Perform high-volume resume review and candidate screening to assess qualifications and fit
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, interest, and alignment
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring teams
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support recruiting projects and talent pipeline initiatives as needed
- Monitor sourcing effectiveness and provide insights on candidate flow and funnel metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or recruiting support preferred
- Strong experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS databases, etc.)
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines and prioritize multiple requisitions
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
