Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance for professional-level roles in Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles for each role.
- Review and refine job descriptions to ensure they clearly communicate role expectations and effectively attract diverse, qualified candidate pools.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Cook up and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong, sustainable candidate pipelines for frequently hired and critical roles.
- Identify and engage passive candidates across multiple geographic markets using networking, referrals, social recruiting, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent communities and networks to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leading intake discussions to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, interview expectations, and timelines.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing end-to-end hiring for professional-level positions, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Management roles.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates across multiple geographic markets, with the ability to recruit beyond local talent pools.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with demonstrated success engaging both active and passive candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience recruiting corporate and commercial roles, particularly Account Executive and other sales-focused positions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems for sourcing and process management.
- Prior exposure to HR projects or general HR support responsibilities.
- Strength in strategic sourcing and building ongoing talent pipelines.
- Stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations and driving accountability.
Work Environment
- Based in the company’s headquarters in Saint Charles, MO.
- Monday through Friday, in-office schedule.
- Casual and collaborative environment with a relaxed dress code.

Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.86/hr.
