Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Source and evaluate qualified candidates, ensuring they meet the technical skill requirements.
• Career with a team of two internal recruiters, with a goal to expand to a team of four.
• Serve as a strategic hiring partner to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Skills

• 2–4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates.
• Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, corporate, and other specialized positions.
• Ability to partner strategically with hiring managers.

Work Environment

• This position is fully onsite, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• You will join a team of two internal recruiters, with a goal to expand to a team of four.
• You will work in a collaborative environment, gaining exposure to technical and manufacturing recruiting, and will be trusted to operate independently while helping drive the company's expansion efforts.

Job Type & Location

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, CA.

Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
• Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
