About the role
The role of Recruiter at Ascendion involves:
- Full life cycle recruiting: partnering with hiring managers, carrying requisitions (from start to finish), sourcing for prospects, supporting candidates through the hiring process to offer acceptance.
- Work with the internal recruitment team to source and recruit for a variety of roles such as Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle and build strong candidate relationships for high-volume roles.
- Utilize complex Boolean strings and multiple job boards to find talent, tracking all progress in the ATS.
- Partner and communicate directly with internal and external executives to meet fast-paced hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong experience working with Boolean search strings.
- Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards.
- Experience working with an internal ATS.
- Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude with drive to be successful.
- Must have previous experience recruiting in a professional environment where they were required to communicate with both internal and external executives (verbal and written).
- Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple executive level stakeholders.
- History of recruiting for roles in the engineering space: Electrical, Systems, Software, Manufacturing, or Industrial.
- Professional experience in aviation/aerospace.
- Experience working on roles requiring a security clearance: varying levels including Secret, Top Secret, etc.
- Prior experience with Workday and/or Avature.
- Prior experience in an RPO.
- Prior experience managing a full desk of 100+ open requirements.
- Prior experience supporting executives across multiple time zones.
Requirements
Qualifications for this role include:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruiting efforts.
- Experience with ATS systems and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between [$35 - $45 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
