Responsibilities

  • Sources, prescreens, and assesses candidates
  • Conducts personal interviews to determine suitability for referrals to hiring managers
  • Writes engaging job postings for various roles
  • Sources qualified passive candidates through various channels
  • Reviews resumes and determines qualifications
  • Tracks candidate progress through the pre-employment process
  • Builds talent pipelines with colleges and universities
  • Manages external staffing and headhunter relationships
  • Schedules and conducts interviews, coordinates job offers, and fills open positions
  • Supports and conducts job fairs and recruitment/marketing activities
  • Develops new recruiting strategies and identifies new resources
  • Evaluates processes to optimize efficiency, transparency, and consistency
  • Seeks ways to enhance customer service for hiring managers and candidates
  • Interacts with other HR departments for compliance and process efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Associate’s degree and relevant experience preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Technical fields
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interviewing, evaluation, and assessment skills
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (UKG/UltiPro preferred)
