What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions from professionals at various career stages — from recent graduates to experienced executives
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
- Contribute your real-world knowledge of the hiring landscape to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing
- Strong understanding of hiring processes, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and labor market trends — particularly in high-growth or tech-driven markets
- Experience advising candidates and hiring managers across functions and industries
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate nuanced, practical career advice
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Agency recruiting or technical recruiting experience within Austin's tech or startup ecosystem
- Corporate talent acquisition background in technology, SaaS, fintech, or adjacent industries
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, or go-to-market roles
- Familiarity with AI or HR tech tools as an end user
