About the role
Women’s Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women’s healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
Responsibilities
- Post, recruit, screen applicants, interview, make offers, and onboard candidates for both clinical and non-clinical positions within the organization.
- Work onsite at our Corporate Support Center in Tampa 2-3 days per week, or as required by business needs.
- Source applicants from various channels including online databases, job boards, conferences, schools, etc.
- Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data within recruitment database (Paycom).
- Pre-screen candidates via phone and/or video.
- Communicate and coordinate additional interviews between hiring leaders and candidates.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all candidate information.
- Develop strong and trusted working relationships with hiring managers and other departmental leadership.
- Track and produce hiring status reports to send out to hiring managers on a weekly basis.
- Attend conferences, job fairs, and exhibits to build a rapport with passive or pipeline candidates.
- Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
- Comply with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience in lieu of education.
- Must have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency and/or high-volume healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of successful recruiting results.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook calendaring.
- Must know and understand how to use an Applicant Tracking System; Paycom experience a plus.
- Be highly detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent teamwork with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to recruiting.
- Must possess the ability to interact and communicate professionally and effectively (both written and oral) with all levels of internal personnel, providers, and candidates.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and be able to work independently and effectively with all levels of aforementioned groups in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
