Job Title

About the role

As a Recruiter at WorkOS, Inc., you will be instrumental in doubling the team size this year. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to scale our remote-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from innovative sourcing of passive talent to managing candidate pipelines and closing high-impact hires across GTM and EPD.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, developing interview loops and data-driven metrics to refine our recruitment and employer branding processes.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while maximizing network-based referrals to build a high-caliber, diverse workforce at the frontier of AI infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting and scaling early-stage teams across both Go-To-Market (GTM) and Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) functions.
  • A high emotional intelligence and a data-driven mindset to influence stakeholders and make informed hiring decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the creativity to source top-tier talent for a remote-first startup building complex developer tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
