Sage Eldercare Solutions · Seattle, WA · 1 mo ago
Hybrid$39–$41/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Must only include sections with real content. No headings for Job ID etc. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, navigation, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Role Title: Quality of Life Engagement Specialist (but we don't repeat as heading) - Location: Client homes throughout the South Seattle / King County region of Washington (Renton, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way) - Hours: 15-20 hours per week (must be available up to 20 hrs a week) - Compensation: $39-41/hour - About Sage: description paragraphs. - The Hummingbird Program description. - Working in close collaboration... - The QOL Engagement Specialist provides in-person or virtual billable direct services 85% of their total paid time. - Ideal role for creative, dynamic self-driven therapeutic arts or recreation professional... - Responsibilities include: (list with I. Direct Service, II. Documentation and Communication, III. Community Relationship-Building, IV. Actively Contributes...) - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: bullet list. - Qualifications: list. - Why Sage? Benefits list: Medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans; Employee Assistance Program; 401(K) and 401(K) matching; Employee Referral Program; Annual pay increases; Continuing Education; Paid Holidays; Paid Time Off; Reimbursement of travel time and mileage within the serviced county for this position. - Also mention diversity statement etc but that's boilerplate EEO; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The line "At Sage Eldercare Solutions, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment..." is EEO; remove. Also "Sage is an equal-opportunity employer." remove. Also the link to website maybe not needed; but it's not boilerplate? It's a link; but could be considered navigation? Probably remove as it's not substantive content about job. We'll drop. We need to output sections: About the role (maybe combine About Sage and description), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each. Pay: we have compensation $39-41/hour. So we can create

Pay

with

$39-41/hour

. Schedule: Hours: 15-20 hours per week (must be available up to 20 hrs a week). So

Schedule

with

15-20 hours per week (must be available up to 20 hrs per week)

. Benefits: list from Why Sage? We'll create

Benefits

with
  • ... each benefit. About the role: combine About Sage description and maybe location? Location could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role heading and include location and description. We'll include location paragraph. Responsibilities: we have enumerated responsibilities I-IV. We'll output as
    • each responsibility point (maybe summarizing each I-IV but preserving detail). Must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details within each responsibility. Could break into subpoints? But we can keep each I-IV as a list item with the detailed text inside. That preserves content. Requirements: maybe Qualifications section. The posting has "Qualifications:" list. We'll use heading

      Qualifications

(or Requirements). The instruction says we can use Requirements or Qualifications. We'll choose Qualifications. Skills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities section. We'll use heading

      Skills

and list each bullet. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same sentences. We need to strip boilerplate: EEO lines, navigation, cookie, legal, application instructions. The posting includes "Please visit www.hummingbirdbroject.net" maybe a typo; but it's not substantive; we can drop. Also "At Sage Eldercare Solutions, we celebrate diversity..." remove. Also "Sage is an equal-opportunity employer." remove. Also maybe "The Hummingbird Program was born out of the firm belief..." that's part of About Sage; keep. Now craft HTML. Structure:
