Hybrid$39–$41/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About Sage:" which is about the organization. Could be "About the role" or "About Sage". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- Role Title: Quality of Life Engagement Specialist (do not repeat as heading)
- Location: Client homes throughout the North Seattle / King County region of Washington (Shoreline, Lynnwood, Bothel)
- Hours: 15-20 hours per week (must be available up to 20 hrs a week)
- Compensation: $39-41/hour
- About Sage: description.
- Responsibilities: enumerated with I., II., III., IV.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: list.
- Qualifications: list.
- Why Sage?: benefits list.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:
- About the role (maybe combine location, hours, compensation? Could be "About the role" includes location, hours, compensation). Or we could have separate sections: Location, Hours, Pay? But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine location, hours, compensation into an "About the role" paragraph.
- Responsibilities: definitely.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: could be "Skills" section.
- Qualifications: "Qualifications" section.
- Benefits: "Benefits" section from Why Sage? includes medical, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, 401K matching, referral program, annual pay increases, continuing education, paid holidays, PTO, reimbursement of travel time and mileage.
- Pay: we have compensation $39-41/hour. Could be a Pay section.
- Schedule: Hours: 15-20 hours per week (must be available up to 20 hrs a week). Could be Schedule section.
But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Pay and Schedule into "About the role". However instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. It doesn't forbid combining multiple items under one heading. So we can have:

Then Responsibilities. Then Skills (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities). Then Qualifications. Then Benefits. We should not repeat job title. Also drop Job ID etc none. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is "Please visit www.hummingbirdbroject.net" maybe that's application instruction? It's a URL; we should drop it as it's likely application instruction. Also "At Sage Eldercare Solutions, we celebrate diversity..." is EEO boilerplate; drop. Also "Why Sage?" section we need to extract benefits; we already captured. We need to preserve all substantive information: ensure we don't lose any details from responsibilities, knowledge, skills, qualifications, benefits. Let's extract responsibilities text exactly as given but we can format as- each bullet. The responsibilities are enumerated with I., II., III., IV. and subpoints.
