Recreational Therapist - Full-Time, Days

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist SAFE Level 2 certification within 6 months of hire Skills Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to evaluate and adapt therapy plans to patient needs Experience preferred but less than one year required Key Duties Develop and manage therapy programs for psychiatric patients Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient recovery Monitor and document patient progress to inform treatment adjustments
