Responsibilities

• Oversee the full breadth of programs to ensure they meet The Little Gym International's high standards.
• Oversee gymnastics training and evaluations of fellow team members.
• Teach engaging classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods.
• Provide exceptional customer service and member experiences, treating them like family.

Requirements

• A background with recent experience in gymnastics, dance, and/or cheer.

Qualifications

• Totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s.
• Liveliness and enthusiasm, especially when interacting with children and their families.
• Ability to motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of children.
