Responsibilities

• Oversee the full breadth of programs offered to ensure The Little Gym International's high standards are met.
• Oversee gymnastics training and evaluation of fellow team members.
• Teach amazing classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method provided by The Little Gym.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.

Requirements

• A background with recent experience in gymnastics, dance, and/or cheer.

Qualifications

• Totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s.
• Liveliness and enthusiasm, especially when interacting with children and their families.
• Ability to motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a cheerful demeanor.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
