Responsibilities

• Enhance the quality of life for residents/clients according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization
• Conduct one-to-one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet resident/client needs
• Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, and the public
• Run errands, handle resident mail, arrange flowers, perform seasonal decorating, clean activity areas and storage space
• Photograph residents, serve special meals, bake, garden, and create craft projects
