About the role

Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, a gentle, friendly, and professional manner, respecting residents' dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.

Qualifications

• Can‑do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
• Ability to work as a team and also independently.
• A love for seniors.
