Responsibilities

• Implements and executes operational plans for assigned areas.
• Supervises activities and facility by providing direction, overseeing, and delegating work to Event Services staff/volunteers.
• Ensures/documents breaks for staff/volunteers.
• Assists with Ballpark program and event setup and teardown.
• Opens and/or closes the facility.
• Resolves minor customer issues and concerns.
• The company provides superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensures the safety of guests and participants.
• Enforces Ballpark policies, rules, and regulations.
• Participates in pre and post‑event/game meetings.
• Completes post‑event reports of incidents in assigned area(s).

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Willing to assist in various ballpark operational areas.
