About the role
This position assists in the daily activities and programs of the City of Woodway Family Center. The incumbent helps direct, supervise, and execute daily activities and long‑term programs, including senior and adult programming, sports activities, recreational programs, tournaments, officiating staff, and facility and field maintenance. The role also supports special events, community outreach, sponsors, and assists at the Carleen Bright Arboretum and the Pavilion with special events.
Responsibilities

- Coordinating tournaments and officiating staff
- Overseeing facility and field maintenance
- Assisting with special events and community outreach
- Managing sponsor relationships
- Providing support at the Carleen Bright Arboretum and the Pavilion for special events
Requirements
- Valid Texas Class C driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain current CPR and basic First Aid training
Pay
Salary range: $18.89/hr. – $28.17/hr.
