About the role
The City of Goodyear is seeking a Recreation Instructor - Teen Room to work at the Goodyear Recreation Center. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Instruct with sound principles
- Speak and communicate in large and small groups with poise and enthusiasm
- Serve as a supervisor for participants in programs and design programming as required
- Aid faculty users and maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment
- Handle disputes in a professional manner
- Maintain a safe work environment and report issues to a supervisor
Requirements
- One year of experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to enforce rules consistently

- Currently in High School
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor Degree

Pay

Schedule
- Monday through Friday from 3 to 9PM
- Saturday from 11AM to 6PM
- Sunday from 11AM to 5PM
