Recreation Desk Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries related to recreational facilities and activities
• Provide accurate information about club services, events, and amenities
• Handle cash transactions and maintain records of sales
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs and umbrellas
• Monitor pool area to ensure safety regulations are observed
• Enforce pool rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons
• Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, administering first aid as needed
• Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly and courteously
• Proactively resolve issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience
• Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all patrons
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless operations
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns
• Assist in training new employees and providing support as needed
