Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Waterpark Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in a waterpark setting
- Monitor waterpark areas to ensure guest safety and enforce rules
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of waterpark facilities and equipment
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
- Operate and maintain waterpark attractions and slides as assigned
- Perform basic first aid and CPR duties when necessary (certification preferred)
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Strong computer skills
- Must have flexible work hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic first aid and CPR knowledge (certification preferred)
