Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Waterpark Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in a waterpark setting
• Monitor waterpark areas to ensure guest safety and enforce rules
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of waterpark facilities and equipment
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
• Operate and maintain waterpark attractions and slides as assigned
• Perform basic first aid and CPR duties when necessary (certification preferred)
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Strong computer skills
• Must have flexible work hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Basic first aid and CPR knowledge (certification preferred)
