Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement aquatic programs and activities for all age groups.
- Oversee the maintenance and safety of all aquatic facilities and equipment.
- Provide instruction and supervision in water safety, swimming lessons, and other aquatic activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other recreation staff to ensure comprehensive programming and services.
Minimum and Preferred Entrance Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration, Physical Education, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in aquatic programming and/or facility management.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
