Recreation Center Group Fitness Instructor

Job Title

The Town of Colchester is seeking motivated, energetic and experienced Recreation Center Group Fitness Instructors for the Colchester Recreation Center. Various schedules available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide range of classes, aimed at connecting participants to their wellness goals.
• Demonstrate efficiency in planning, organizing and delivering group exercise instruction.
• Communicate effectively with and motivate diverse groups of participants.
• Be skilled in all aspects of fitness and wellness.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Fitness or Personal Training Certification.
• Have at least two years of experience teaching group fitness classes.
• Preferred: First Aid & CPR with AED certification.

Benefits

Salary: $30+ per hour DOE
