Recreation Attendant - Casual

About the role

As a Recreation Attendant at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa, you will interact with guests at the pool and facilitate activities for them to enjoy. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

• 90-Day Probationary Rate: $21.13 per hour
• Hourly Rate after probation: $24.86

Requirements

• A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of guests of all ages, including children, in a fast-paced setting
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors
• Must provide availability for at least two days each week
