We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, patient-first approach, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About Northwestern Medicine". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes: - Intro paragraph: "At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. This patient-first approach is what sets us apart as a leader in the healthcare industry. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to join our quest for better health care, no matter where you work within the Northwestern Medicine system. We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees. Ready to join our quest for better?" This is about the organization and benefits mention. - "Job Description Casual Employment: This is an as-needed position with flexible scheduling and no guaranteed hours. Shifts are assigned based on department staffing needs. Availability is needed to cover a variety of shifts and days, including weekdays and weekends." This is schedule info (flexible, as-needed). Should we create a Schedule section? The posting actually states schedule details: as-needed, flexible scheduling, no guaranteed hours, shifts assigned based on staffing needs, availability needed for variety of shifts and days including weekdays and weekends. So we can include a Schedule section. - Then description of Mobile Crisis Response Teams (MCRT) etc. That's role description. - Then "The Recovery Support Specialist reflects the mission..." etc. That's responsibilities. - Then "Responsibilities:" followed by a long list of duties (bullet-like sentences). We need to turn those into

    • . - Then "Qualifications Minimum Requirements:" with subpoints: Education, Licensure, Certification, Experience. Then "Annual Driving Abstract Preferred:" with bullet list of preferred qualifications. - Then "Additional Information" includes EEO statement, background check, AI disclosure. Those are boilerplate; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity/legal boilerplate. The instructions: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should drop the EEO statement, background check, AI disclosure? The background check might be considered legal boilerplate; but maybe it's substantive? It's about process; but likely considered boilerplate. The instructions say remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Background check might be considered legal; but not explicitly listed. However, it's still a standard statement; but we might keep it? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So legal boilerplate includes background check? Probably yes. Safer to remove it. Also "Benefits" section: they mention benefits earlier: "We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees." Then later a Benefits section with generic statement: "We offer a wide range of benefits that provide employees with tools and resources to improve their physical, emotional, and financial well-being while providing protection for unexpected life events. Click on or copy and paste URL to your browser to view detailed benefits information NorthwesternMedicine Career Page https://jobs.nm.org/benefits Please refer to the Benefits Eligibility by Employment Classification to determine benefits eligibility for job postings. If sign-on bonus is included in a job posting eligibility is as followed: Internal employees and rehires who left Northwestern Medicine within 1 year are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Exception: New graduate internal employees seeking their first licensed clinical position as a Registered Nurse at NM may be eligible." We need to decide if we include a Benefits section. The posting does state benefits (tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits). Also later generic benefits statement. So we should include a Benefits section with those specifics. However, we must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". The benefits specifics are concrete: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Also mention of sign-on bonus eligibility details. That is substantive. So we can include Benefits section with a
      • list. Pay section: No mention of salary/pay. So we should not create Pay section. Schedule section: we have schedule details. About the role: we could combine intro paragraph and description of MCRT etc. Could be "About the role". Or we could have "About Northwestern Medicine". But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should use those headings where appropriate. Thus sections: - About the role: include introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, patient-first approach, opportunity, etc., plus description of Mobile Crisis Response Teams and role purpose. - Responsibilities: the list under Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe combine Minimum Requirements and Preferred? The instruction says Requirements and Qualifications separate headings. Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = preferred? But we have both Minimum Requirements and Preferred (Annual Driving Abstract Preferred). We could put Minimum Requirements under Requirements, and Preferred under Qualifications (or Skills). However, they also have "Qualifications Minimum Requirements:" heading. So we could treat that as Requirements. Then "Annual Driving Abstract Preferred:" as Qualifications (or Skills). The instruction includes Skills heading; we could put preferred qualifications under Skills. But we have also Certification etc. Let's map: Minimum Requirements: Education, Licensure, Certification, Experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in behavioral health related field, One year experience working with individuals suffering from severe mental illness and/or drug and alcohol issues, Experience with Medicaid Rule 132/140, Knowledge and understanding of SUPR 2060, Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS), Wellness Recovery Action Planning classes (WRAP), Certified WRAP facilitator. Thus we can have: - Requirements (minimum): Education, Licensure, Certification, Experience. - Qualifications (preferred): list of preferred items. Alternatively, we could combine them under Qualifications. But we have both headings available; better to split. Also we might have Skills section: maybe not needed. Thus final HTML:
