Responsibilities
- Support the Director of RSN services in ensuring RSN services are delivered in alignment with the RSN model and as contracted with the DOC
- Provide ongoing training and supervisory support to RSN staff
- Serve as a point of contact in the absence of the Director of RSN Services
- Participate in QI and compliance activities such as record reviews, audits, site visits, etc.
- Assist with episode management in the electronic health record system
- Complete all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum, DOC, and all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies within established timeframes
- Assist patients with transportation and housing resources when needed
- Demonstrate respect for supervisors, co-workers, patients, and others
- Complete all outcome measurement tools and submit information timely as required
- Demonstrate a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled individual and group supervision meetings as directed
- Provide documented supervision to RSN staff as directed by the Director of RSN Services
- Participate in multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review, and case conferences as necessary
- Attend DOC facility access hours, field inquiries from the incarcerated population relative to SUDT services, and log all inquiries in the designated database
- Assist with crisis management and other emergencies as needed
- Maintain adequate knowledge of the program’s emergency preparedness plan and emergency procedures for both Spectrum and DOC
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma and supervisory experience required
- LADCII, CADAC, or bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience in the behavioral health field is preferred
