The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The role involves providing direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
Shifts Available
- On Call
- AM: 7am-3:30pm
- PM: 3pm-11:30pm
- NOC: 11pm-7:30am
Expected Starting Wage
The expected starting wage is $23.00 - $23.71 per hour. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and is subject to union membership requirements upon hire.
Paid Shift Differentials
- 6% for PM Shift
- 10% for Overnight Shift
- 5% for Weekend AM Shift
- 11% for Weekend PM Shift
- 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift
What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or a BA/BS with one (1) year experience in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies.
- Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge.
