Responsibilities
- Building supportive relationships with individuals we serve
- Aiding with daily activities, groups, and therapeutic programming
- Maintaining a safe, healing environment
- Serving as a calming presence during difficult moments with compassion and teamwork
- Observing, documenting, and communicating with the treatment team
- Learning hands-on skills in behavioral health care
Requirements
No prior behavioral health experience required — we provide paid training. Great stepping stone into mental health, nursing, social work, or healthcare careers. Work alongside nurses, clinicians, and mental health professionals. Opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- An interest or exposure to helping others (through work, school, family experience, or volunteering)
Helpful But Not Required
Experience in caregiving, human services, healthcare, education, peer support, or customer-facing roles.
Pay
$17.13–$20.61/hour + Shift Differentials
