Skill Requirements

- Associate's degree or higher in related field (preferred)
- Peer Recovery Supporter, CDC-A or CMS certification/credential obtained within 90 days of hire
Job Duties
- Provide daily operational leadership for Level II recovery housing
- Ensure safe, structured, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented housing environments
- Coordinate admissions, including screening, interviews, approvals, and waitlist management
- Monitor resident progress, treatment engagement, and compliance with agreements and expectations
- Lead ORH/NARR compliance, audits, quality improvement, and corrective action efforts
- Respond to crises and support conflict resolution, de-escalation, and critical incident management
- Oversee safety, property inspections, emergency procedures, medication management, and incident reporting
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health and housing records (HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliant)
- Provide leadership, training, scheduling, and support for recovery housing staff and peer support personnel
- Collaborate with treatment providers, courts, and community partners to support coordinated resident care
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalency (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health
- Prior supervisory, leadership, or program coordinator experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and insurable driving record required
