About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Collaborate with teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and codes
Skills
- Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
- Project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, resource allocation)
- Construction safety training certification
