About the role

As a Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide), you will assist in providing a therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, leading rehabilitation groups under supervision, and supporting crisis intervention. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Nursing, Program Director, or a designee.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Compassionate mindset toward those in recovery

Pay

The salary range for this position is $23 - $23 USD per hour. Final salary offered will be based on factors including the candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Schedule

On-call, covering all shifts.
