Recovery Coach | Entry-Level Mental Health Aide
About the role
The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, supporting client ADLs if needed, and assisting in crisis intervention. This is a critical part of the team to ensure proper care for our clients, including appropriate documentation per policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting
- In the absence of two years of experience, training may be substituted
- Candidates must have a valid CA Driver's License and pass a DMV driving history check
- Driving duties may be assigned, including the transportation of clients

The Crestwood Behavioral Health Center and Psychiatric Health Facility are innovative programs based on Crestwood’s commitment to providing mental health clients with a continuum of care that puts them on the road to recovery.

On-Call: AM, PM, & NOC (Must be available weekends)
