Recovery Coach | Entry-Level Mental Health Aide
About the role
The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED

About the Campus
The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization. The services at Crestwood Chula Vista help clients recover with an enhanced sense of resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support.
Pay
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range: $23 USD - $23 USD
Schedule
- Full-Time: Overnight
- On-Call: All shifts
