Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of records retention schedules
- Oversight of digitization and scanning initiatives
- Afford assistance with disaster recovery of records
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions
- Provide technical guidance to courts and OCA offices
- Perform other essential duties as assigned
Qualifications
- One year in the Senior Court Analyst title
- Or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience
- Or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience
- Or An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possession of supervisory and training experience is preferred
- Experience conducting records inventories, developing retention schedules, supporting disaster recovery, and working with electronic records is preferred
- Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management systems and Share Point is highly desirable

- Principal Court Analyst: $84,659
- Senior Court Analyst: $76,112
